Jon Voight (her father) made the mistake of going on talk show telling them about Angelina Jolie's mental problems, she didnt talk to him for 6 years. Jon Voight was telling the truth however Angelina Jolie did admit to being mixed up in her teen. She said she went through a rock phase then she went into a depression phase for no reason. She started what we now term as "cutting" the practice of slicing your wrist. In her late teens and early 20's Angelina Jolie started experimenting with various drugs trying to figure out what she likes.
Amazingly Angelina Jolie broke out of that to become an amazing actress with a decade long of hit movies. She also got to marry the man of most woman's dreams Brad Pitt. After 6 years Angelina Jolie got back together with her father Jon Voight. See sometimes celebrity's do have happy endings!!
